Chez Pascal is the “top tier of Providence's fine-dining establishments," this lovely, hospitable Hope Street bistro is known for its “sheer genius” with pork – butchered in-house and prepared every which way – and its innovative seasonal menu of exquisite, hearty American cuisine with French influences. P.S. a counter and take-out window, Wurst Kitchen, is located inside, offering housemade sausages, hot dogs and small bites.
